Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times, costs, and policies for Calm Pets EU orders across Europe.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all European Union (EU) countries. Our products are stored in Bulgaria and the Netherlands, allowing for fast delivery across Europe.

Delivery Times

  • Bulgaria & Netherlands: 2-3 business days
  • Most EU countries: 3-5 business days
  • Remote EU regions: 5-7 business days

Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends ship on the next business day.

⚠️ Important: New Year's Eve Deadline

Order by December 15 to guarantee delivery before New Year's Eve. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for fireworks night.

We recommend ordering as early as possible — not just for shipping, but to give your dog 2-4 weeks to prepare with the kit.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over €40: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under €40: €5.90 standard shipping

All our Calm Kits qualify for free shipping since they're over €40. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your package's journey to your door.

If you don't receive tracking within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us at support@calmpets.eu.

Customs & Duties

Since we ship within the EU only, there are no customs duties or import taxes for EU customers. VAT is included in the displayed prices.

Shipping Issues

While rare, shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, severe weather, or customs (for non-EU border regions). We're not responsible for delays outside our control, but we'll do everything we can to help.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@calmpets.eu. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot change addresses after an order has shipped.

P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes in most countries, but standard couriers may not deliver to them. If you use a P.O. box, expect slightly longer delivery times.
